How does the system work?

• Diebold receives Windows software update notices from Microsoft.

• Diebold assesses each Windows software update to determine if it is applicable to Diebold’s ATM operating system.

• If applicable, Diebold tests the update with Diebold software applications.

• Updates are posted on the Diebold Customer Internet Support (DCIS) site.

• Users may visit the DCIS site to review the list of available Windows software updates.

• Users may elect to receive email notification from Diebold of Windows software update availability.

All rights and obligations related to the Windows software updates are governed by users’ Microsoft End User License Agreement and the Microsoft EULA Addendum For Supplemental Software.
