Diebold’s DVR Health Check service provides automated, ongoing diagnostics that will help ensure that every DVR in your network is working as expected and prepared to reliably perform its vital functions.

DVR Health Check assesses the DVRs across your network and performs a regular, routine check-up of diagnostics to ensure their operational status. Each DVR is routinely queried and assessed for operating parameters that include:

   - Connectivity to the network
   - Hardware condition
   - Software function
   - Power stability
   - Disk drive operation and capacity
   - Temperature of the DVR

In addition to routine monitoring activity reports available through Revisor® Online customer portal, your DVR Health Check subscription will allow you to receive a daily e-mail describing the health status of each identified digital video recorder in your network.
