Prerequisites
Before enrolling in
a course, determine whether the pre-requisites have been met. Pre-requisites are
shown in the course descriptions. If you have any questions regarding
prerequisites, contact us at
customereducation@diebold.com.
Confirmation
A
confirmation letter will be mailed to you at the time of your enrollment.
Student
cancellation policy
Should you find
it necessary to cancel from any Customer Education course, you must contact the
Diebold Customer Education Group, by phone 1-330-490-5109, by fax at
1-330-490-5100, or by e-mail:
customereducation@diebold.com, no later than 10 working days prior to
the course start date. If you cancel with less than 10 working days notice, we
reserve the right to assess a US$500 handling fee.
Substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the course
start date. No tuition refunds will be given for no-shows.
Course and session cancellations
While every effort will be made to ensure that the Diebold Customer Education
Group holds all classes as scheduled, emergencies, illness or below minimum
enrollments may occasionally force the cancellation of a scheduled class. When
this occurs, timely notification of this cancellation and rescheduling or
reenrollment will be made.
