Audience:
This course is designed for anyone involved in the daily operation of ix
Series and Opteva terminals including those responsible for providing first line
maintenance, training, development of in-house procedure manuals, and those
staffing the ATM help desk.

Description/objectives:
Through
presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises the student will be
able to:

Perform routine
ATM maintenance and operations on the ix Series ATMs and Opteva ATMs
-
Understand and
perform Interactive Maintenance Features using Maintenance Manager for TCS
ATMs (as required), Advanced Supplies Management for TCS Plus ATMs (as
required), and Agilis Supplies Manager for Opteva machines
-
Troubleshoot
possible operating problems
-
Analyze device
status messages printed on the Journal printer or stored in the electronic
data capture file
-
Describe the
initial installation and configuration of an ATM
-
Describe what is
stored in an Electronic Data Capture file and how to retrieve it
-
Perform an
orderly shutdown of the system
