Diebold offers two options for purchasing refurbished equipment:

Reconditioned

Includes:

• All of your unique selectable features.
• All modules and assemblies are new or like new Diebold parts.
• The unit will be re-painted inside and out.
• The ATM will be fully tested and confirmed to meet all of Diebold's manufacturing specifications for the product, as originally manufactured.
• The ATM will be fully tested and confirmed to meet all U.L. safety and F.C.C. emissions requirements and standards as tested for the product, as originally manufactured.
• The ATM will be confirmed Diebold service contract-ready.

The Hardware Price Does Not Include:

• Freight
• Installation
• Software
• Warranty is not included with this product.
• Service. A day-one service agreement must be added to the hardware sale, and the cost to the customer is incremental to the hardware price.

Cosmetic Appearance - Internal and External Surfaces:

• Some external surfaces will be re-painted to appear like new, as originally manufactured.
• Internal surfaces will be re-painted and will be thoroughly cleaned to appear like new, as originally manufactured.

Certified

Includes:

• All existing modules as configured with the specific ATM, except where modules fail functional test, or do not meet minimum program requirements — in which case modules will be upgraded or replaced.
• New paint for the consumer viewable areas of the ATM exterior.
• A new monitor.
• New convenience currency cassettes.
• The hardware interior will receive a minor cleaning (debris will be removed, etc.), but will look used on the inside.
• The ATM will be fully tested and confirmed to meet all U.L. safety and F.C.C. emissions requirements and standards as stated for the product, as originally manufactured.

Minimum Program Requirements Also Include:

• P90 processor or current program offering.
• 850 MB hard drive or current program offering.
• The ATM will be confirmed Diebold service-contract-ready (FCOs confirmed and/or implemented).

The Hardware Price Does Not Include:

• Freight
• Installation
• Software, unless specifically stated in program offering.

Cosmetic Appearance - Internal and External Surfaces:

• External surfaces of lobby units and all consumer viewable areas on through-the-wall units will appear like new, as originally manufactured. Panels will be repaired, as required, prior to re-painting to ensure dents and scratches are concealed.
• External surfaces of units that are not viewable by the end user, such as the 1072's and 1073's, will not be repainted, and may have blemishes, scratches and dents, where they do not affect the functionality of the unit.
• All prior bank insignia or decals will be removed and replaced with standard Diebold logo(s) or decals where appropriate.
• Any writing or graffiti on the interior or exterior non-consumer viewable areas may be concealed by touch-up paint if unable to remove by cleaning (Precise color matching is not necessary).
• Internal surfaces will be cleaned of debris and will receive a minor cleaning that should not exceed 15 minutes. (It is acceptable for the inside of the ATM to appear used).
• Rust, corrosion or areas that are no longer plated from normal wear and tear may, at Diebold's option, be left untouched or be treated with the appropriate color touch-up paint (gold, silver or black) for concealment and protection from further deterioration.
