At my branches, I have deployed a variety of ATMs and drive-up equipment that has been manufactured by Diebold and others. Can I use DECALWeb to create service calls on those pieces of equipment that Diebold did not manufacture?
Yes, as long as those pieces of equipment are covered under a Diebold Maintenance Service contract.
