Dan Sibila has held five jobs in the past 11 years. But he's not a job-hopper. Everyone of those jobs has been with Diebold.

"Diebold is just one of those places where if you're willing to put in the work and seek additional responsibilities, you'll find plenty of opportunity," Sibila explains.

With each switch, Dan has gained responsibility and experience. In his current position, he works with ATM Network organizations to ensure that the ATM solutions Diebold creates will be compatible with the networks Diebold ATMs must run on. He also works closely with these organizations to uncover ways Diebold can enhance service to financial institutions and the consumers who use Diebold ATMs.

"I've had some more technical jobs at Diebold," says Sibila, "I appreciate the opportunities I've had at Diebold to get to a point where I'm now working more on the business side of the equation."
